MYLO: SWATCH DESIGN
We love a good challenge, so when Bolt Threads approached us to design fabric swatches for their mycelium-based leather alternative, we jumped at the opportunity. We knew we had to showcase the unique properties of the textile while creating visually captivating designs that could be used as samples, both physically and digitally. We experimented with a wide range of designs, from practical to fantastical, exploring shapes and forms that opened up new possibilities for our client. In the end, we created over fifty designs, out of which Bolt Threads selected four hero swatches that truly captured the essence of their innovative textile, Mylo.
